By purchasing these graphic packages
you have agreed to these Terms of Use.

Your purchase of my collections entitles you the right to use these sets on your website or your personal documents. The images contained in these collections are not to be resold, distributed, or sub-contracted. They are not available for derivative arts, designs or graphics.

Specific images have been provided to you as part of the collections that may be customized to suit your own web pages. Other non-customizable images are available as-is.

By purchasing my collection packages you have purchased the rights to use the images. However, you do not own exclusive rights to the package, because you will not be the only one purchasing them. Therefore you must display one of the small logos that I provide on each page that you use my graphics.

There are logos included in this collection to assist you in notifying your guests that these are not public domain images. It obviously does not guarantee that no one will steal the images but at least attempts to protect the investment you made into this set and my work as well.
